Following your registration with Hire Me a Nanny, you will be able to personalise your profile and log in as frequently as you wish.
We filter candidates, ensuring you only see the profiles of nannies who match your requirements. Our nannies are organised into categories, making it straightforward and fast to find potential candidates that are a good fit for your family.
Once you have found the nanny that's right for you, pressing on the "hire" icon will generate an email to your nanny, containing your details. This will give them the opportunity to contact you and discuss your requirements in greater depth.
If you want to advertise your job more widely, you can post it so that all the nannies on our books can apply. Should a nanny apply, you will be contacted by email with their details. If you feel that their resume shows they are a potential fit for your post, you can get in touch with them to discuss the position and their suitability in more detail.
We have made our system as simple as possible, enabling you to find the perfect nanny for your family quickly and easily.
Information for Nannies
Before you can display your profile, you will need to register with Hire Me a Nanny and successfully complete our screening process. Once this has been done, you will be able to complete your profile and log in anytime.
Your profile will be shown to parents who are looking for a nanny with your particular experience and skills. This means that you are a potential match for everyone who views you.
When parents see the profile of a nanny they feel might be right for them, they are able to email or call you directly to arrange an interview.
If a parent has posted a vacancy up on our site, it will be listed under "jobs" in your account. In addition to parents being able to contact you with a view to employment, you are also able to apply for any vacancies which are advertised. There is no upper limit on the number of job applications that you can make.
When you apply for a job, the parents will be notified, giving them the opportunity to view your profile. Should they decide that you are potentially a good fit for their family, they will get in touch with you by phone or email to tell you more about the post, find out more about you and potentially arrange an interview.
Both parents and nannies can cancel their membership at any time by emailing us. After confirming the email, we will then delete the account. No refund will be issued for the cancelled period.
If you wish to deactivate your account temporarily, simply log in and slide your visibility icon over to the invisibility setting. This means your profile is no longer visible until you choose to alter your settings.
Memberships are initially for a one year period. When your membership period is due to expire, we will contact you, giving you the option to renew if you wish.
